Name of Artifact: Teacher Interview Project

Course: EDUC 102-Inclusive Teaching
Brief Description: For this assignment, I
observed and interviewed one educator who is currently
employed as a school teacher. The teacher I conducted
this project on is an exceptional learner teacher at
Andrew J. Brown Academy. I created a series of questions
that I asked this teacher and recorded my responses in a
formal essay.

Rationale:

I used my Teacher Interview Project to

document my understanding of Standard 9: Professional
learning and Ethical Practice. This assignment
demonstrates my ability to engage in ongoing
professional learning experiences. It also shows my ability
to collaborate with colleagues to collectively reflect upon,
analyze, and improve individual and collective practice to
address learner, school, and professional needs.
