Tell me about yourself: (self introduction)
Hi my name is Kim daewon, and 29years old, live in Bundang.
I just have been studying in this university 10years since 2007.
My hobby is watching sports games and backpacking.
I love baseball and I have been interested in Korean baseball since 1995.
And when the season began, I go to baseball stadium almost 3 or 4 times in
a month.
2years ago, I passed civil servant test and worked till last year, but I
resigned that work last year, because I want to be a journalist.
Really hope to be a sports journalist or travel journalist someday.

Why do you want to study English?
First, my major is English literature. So I have to study this.
I selected English major because I have been interested in this language from
high school.
For me, English It is interesting than any other studies.
Second, just I like talk with foreigners.
In this university, I joined NUBI ajou (I volunteered Korean language to foreign
students in ajou) and I felt that I need to study English more.
If I speak English well, I can speak with foreigners more deep conversation.
What do you hope to learn on this course? (e.g. Improve grammar, increase
vocabulary, gain confidence)

Actually, Im not fluent in English. Especially Im not interested in grammar and

afraid of it.
From this course, I want to improve my grammar skills.
And 5 years ago, I studied English Writing 1 and have a good memory.
So I choose this course.
Have you ever travelled to another country? Explain.
In my whole of university life, I always did part time job and travelled so
many countries. (Turkey, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Japan, Portugal, Spain and
Brazil)
Hope to travel India this year.
Especially I liked Turkey and Japan.
I travelled Turkey when I was 20 and Im so impressed to this country.
My best place of Turkey is Istanbul. Istanbul is the city which is located
between Asia continent and Europe continent. I can feel orient and western
culture at once in that city.
