accidents record system and coordinates action taken
by supervisors to eliminate accidents cause.
6. Train all personal on Safety related subjects,
Undertake inductions, training & Complete HSE
reports.
7. Ensure Protective & Safety devices are in good
condition & used correctly develop safety programs to
provide continuous improvement in safety standards.
8. Identify gaps in Safety training, Organize &
Participate in regular safety drills, undertake job
safety analysis for critical operations, and produce
safety reports & correspondence.
9. Conducting Risk assessment, Inspection of cranes,
Power tools and Lifting Tackles and Gears.

Awareness and training program of Incident and
Injury Free (IIF) to the new coming employees and
existing employees.

Strictly following of PTW (Permit to Work)
system.

Ensure of all safety related issues involves
Scaffold Safety, Excavation Safety, Confined Space
Safety, Electrical Safety, Lifting Activity Safety,
Welding, Cutting and Grinding Works Safety etc.

Promote waste management program to collect,
store, transport & disposal.

Conduct Induction Meetings for new employees
and explaining them about all safety related issues and
companys rules and regulations.
