Implementaon, Design and Support for complex IAM soluons for large scale customers across
various industry vercals
Play acve role in the execuon of the project and demonstrate strong technical
leadership Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and compeon
Demonstrate the capabilies in understanding the clients' business environment and map the
requirements into IAM soluons and proacvely suggest alternaves as and when required

Required Skills:
Experience in Architecng, Designing, Implementaon and support of any of the two CA IAM
products given below :CA SiteMinder
CA IdentyMinder (formerly CA Identy
Manager) CA ControlMinder
CA GovernanceMinder (formerly CA Role & Compliance
Manager) CA AuthMinder (formerly CA Arcot Webfort)
Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least
two of the following directories :CA Directory
Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual
Directory Sun Directory Server
Acve Directory
Tivoli Directory Server
NetIQ eDirectory Server

Experience in wring and modifying CA IDM workflows


Experience in configuring CA IDM Rules, Policies, and User Forms etc.
Experience in CA SiteMinder WebAgent deployment and policy configuraon
Experience in implementaon of granular O.S access control policies using CA ControlMinder
Experience in configuring and running user access governance cerficaon campaigns using CA

GovernanceMinder
Experience in implementaon of 2FA using CA AuthMinder.
Experience in working on IIS, Apache Web Servers, Applicaon Servers (WebLogic ,
Websphere) or developing J2EE products.
Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include
integraon situaons) and be capable of suggesng soluons.
Should have good knowledge on current IDM, Strong Authencaon and PKI (Public Key
Infrastructure) technologies and products
Experience and exposure in RBACx, Compliance soluons, Access cerficaons soluons is an
added advantage
Excellent communicaon skills and ability to work with global counterparts.
Qualificaons:
7-10 years of strong IAM implementaon experience
Strong oral, wri en communicaons skills
Customer Facing Exposure is
must CISSP cerficaon is a bonus
