    WORK EXPERIENCE:
    IAM Lead Manager at Gulf IT (Dec 2021 to Present)
    Working as IAM Lead Manager for Gulf IT from Dec 2021.

    My roles and responsibilities are

    • Interactions with customers and showcasing the capabilities of SailPoint.


    • Doing effort estimation and preparing project plans for the coming projects.
    • Checking the progress of projects and providing inputs where ever technical team struggles.
    • Mostly worked on projects related to IAM and mainly handled teams who were working on SailPoint
    IdentityIQ.
    • Good experience with programming in Java, and contribute to the team whenever programming is
    required.

    required.

    Technical Manager at GAVS India:

    • Scrum management for SailPoint team, who were working for customizations for customer-specific

    • Involved in requirement gathering and architecting solutions for customers in the IAM space.
    • Role design and SOD design for customers having multi-geo organization structure.
    • Creating demos for customer requirements and getting new customers onboarded in the IAM space.
    • Mostly worked on projects related to SailPoint IdentityIQ.
    • Creating HLD, BRD, etc. documents that help in moving the project smoothly.

    Software Engineer to Lead Engineer at SailPoint India Pvt Ltd.:


    • Involved in Connectors design and development for SailPoint IdentityIQ product.
    • involved in SAP GRC integration development with SailPoint.
    • Involved in workflow design for use cases and working with customers for their requirement-specific
    changes.
    • Worked on the enhancement of compliance modules of SailPoint product for generating risk based on
    SAP’s Access.
