Welcoming Speech

The chairperson welcomed and thanked the panel

members for
attending the meeting.

Confirmation of previous minutes.

The minutes of the previous meeting were proposed and
confirmed
by Pn Zabedah bt Hamid.

Matters arising None

Program MBMMBI

Most of the programs have been carried out during Sun

assembly ,
English week and Persatuan Bahasa & Sosial.
5. Programs to upgrade UPSR result 2016
Sad to say, the percentage of English Language has
dropped

tremendously i.e. 59.26% in 2015 compared to 100% in

2014
The Headmaster has planned to upgrade the percentage
of UPSR 2016 :
1. Strict actions must be taken especially on pupils
discipline
2. Start extra class early year
3. Advice pupils to buy workbooks based on the new format
UPSR 2016
and to do more exercises practice during school holidays

Other matters

Finally, the chairperson has requested members of

the panel to give
full support and cooperation for the betterment of
next year result.
