(E-Marketing and the Use of Electronic Tools for the Organizations Identification).

Abstract
This study aims at measuring the efficiency of e-marketing of some
agents for different brands of electrical apparatus in the Jordanian
market.
The researchers designed a questionnaire to investigate and explore the
opinion of different branches managers about the efficiency of electronic
marketing, 20 questionnaire was delivered, one for each exclusive agent.
The study found that organizations which use electronic marketing to
serve their customers are more profitable resulting from reducing
financial and non financial costs, in addition to the importance of time
factor of providing their services, and minimizing the time and physical
burdens of customers purchasing decisions. Which will discriminate the
organizations by gaining a competitive advantage to keep and grow the
current customers and to attract new customers by promising them a
superior value.
