Congratulations to Rylee Cagle who will represent the class of 2016 and present a speech at this
years promotion ceremony!
Yearbook Distribution:
-Yearbooks will be distributed on THIS Thursday and Friday from 2:45-3:45.
-All grades will pick up in a separate line. Please follow the signs!!
-Students MUST return PE locks, textbooks, library books and clear any fees due PRIOR to pick up!
-Late Yearbook distribution is on June 1st and 2nd in room 26.
-There are a few extra yearbooks which can be purchased for $70 cash on June 1st ONLY.
Attention 7th graders!
Attention All Eligible 7th Graders Last chance to buy tickets to the EOY Swim Park Field Trip is this
week before and after school at the student office window. All ticket sales will end this Thursday,
May 26. Please bring $5.00 cash, a signed permission slip and check to make sure you are not on the
non-activities list.
DC & NYC 2016
8th graders, our final meeting before departing to DC & NYC this summer is TODAY at 6:00 pm in
the AMS Gym. This is a mandatory meeting for all students, parents, chaperones and attending
teachers. Bring a pen and please be on time. 5/23
Science and Language Arts Textbooks are now due!
Be sure to place a slip of paper in and sticking out of the book cover, then drop them off in the
library on the cart upside down. Check with your Social Studies teacher to know when to turn that
textbook in, but no later than Thursday, May 26th to be able to participate in EOY activities. All
checked out library books are now overdue.
Graduation Leis!
8th graders: dont miss out on having a lei for graduation! There are many styles for both boys and
girls and 25% of all proceeds come back to our school! Go to Kahunaflowers.com to order by May

Book Plate for a New AMS Library Book where your name will be forever remembered! Its a
