am duly authorized to execute this Undertaking in favor of respondent in the
instant case.
I do hereby undertake to produce and present the white 2005 Nissan
Sentra with plate number TXW-775 before the Honorable Board whenever
required to do so in relation to the above-mentioned case.
I am executing this Undertaking as a requisite for the release of the
above-mentioned impounded vehicle.
