    I have just read your recently completed Professional
    Performance Review. I am pleased to note the successful
    manner in which you have transitioned into Leo Hayes and
    recognize the learning curve this entailed, particularly
    starting in second semester. Your personal reflections
    recognize the areas requiring attention and growth. This is
    an on-going process as we continue to search for
    connections with students and assist them in discovering
    their passions and talents.
