A: Nǐfāng shénme shíhou néng jiāohuò ?
你方什么时候能交货？
When can you deliver the goods ?
B: Zài shōudào nǐmen de yùfùkuǎn hòu sān ge yuè chūhuò.
在收到你们的预付款后三个月出货。
Three months after receiving your advance payment.
A: Zhèyàng de huà, shíjiān tài cháng le, néngfǒu fēnpī jiāohuò ?
这样的话，时间太长了，能否分批交货？
In that case, it would be too late. Can you deliver the goods in batches ?
B: Yě kěyǐ, yí ge yuè chū yíci huò, sāncì chū wán.
也可以，一个月出一次货，三次出完。
Alright. We could deliver in three batches, one batch a month.
A: Nà hǎo, wǒmen mǎshàng zhīfù yùfùkuǎn.
那好，我们马上支付预付款。
That’s fine. We’ll pay the advance right away.
B: Xièxie, wǒmen bǎozhèng zhǔnshí chūhuò.
谢谢，我们保证准时出货。
Thanks. We guarantee to deliver the goods on time.
