Commissioner Robert Nicholson have been personally informed of the irrefutable evidence of
government organized crime personified published on my published on my Scribd web site

As they have refused to respond or initiated appropriate action on behalf of the people consistent
with the Constitution with prerequisite exemplary fortitude and conviction to every individual’s
guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits consistent with the government
organized crime of corruption and conspiracy against the people of the Lower Tier they are with
out force or effect … acting beyond the authority granted them by the Constitution: Document and
are deliberately negligent of their responsibilities for ulterior purpose to ransack the people instead
of protecting them as guaranteed and use the money confiscated from them to finance the entire

That puts the responsibility upon you to direct the RCMP to arrest them and charge them with
innumerable offenses, treason, organized crime, fraud, misuse and abuse of public funds and
trust…to name a few in laymen terms consistent with the Constitution: Document on behalf of the
safety and wellbeing of every individual as guaranteed.

You as well as they aforementioned have been provided the evidence over the passed four years
and if you are the prerequisite competent responsible and irreproachable person of exemplary
fortitude and conviction I would hardly need to be writing you and would not have needed to
waste so much of the time allotted to me on earth to tend to issues that should have been
immediately, efficiently and effectively dealt with 4 years ago when first brought to their and your
attention.

On page 7 of this document you will see a Canada Post acknowledgement that Governor General
Michaelle Jean “Commander-in- Chief of the Canadian Forces has also been alerted as to the
Government Organized Crime of corruption and conspiracy against the people of the Lower Tier
whereas I have been keeping the Armed Forces across Canada up to speed on the issues as well as
all the prominent government personal and media across Canada published on the GLIST.

So the stage is set waiting for you to immediately make you move on behalf of the Constitution in
support of every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits.

The conspirators are ransacking the public coffers as you read and your immediate action is
imperative and demanded consistent with the Constitution.
