Re: Implausible Lack of Documents in the December, 2024 Custodial Events Involving Sharon Tolbert

Dear Custodian of Records/Brent Flagg:

I note that you claim that there are no police narratives relative to Sharon Tolbert for December, 2024.
This I find hard to believe: Do your police often go out on calls involving Domestic Violence and arrest
and not issue narratives? How does THAT work?

Not to mention the lack of body cam footage.

I’ll leave all that for Ms. Tolbert’s Counsel and she is discussing things with a couple of groups now but
I’ll tell you what?

We all know that medical staff was involved, i.e. the visiting Tennessee nurse, etc.

WHEREFORE, assuming I will indeed produce a waiver of confidentiality/HIPAA from Sharon Tolbert
prior to release, pursuant to RCW §42.56 produce a copy of any and all medical records from Sharon
Tolbert for December, 2023.

Provide responses to these RCW §42.56 Demands in full and within the time allotted by Law. Failure to
comply will lead to prompt and certain litigation, thank you.

9. I have spent a fair amount of time inside prisons (never as a Defendant) so I am aware that cameras
are omnipresent. With such in mind, provide a copy of any and all video and audio of Sharon Tolbert,
owner of Grandma’s Kitchen, during her entire time of custody at any point in time in December, 2023.

10. Provide a copy of any and all policies regarding use of body cam video in correctional facilities.

11. Provide a copy of any and all police reports, interviews and narratives (identifying the Law
Enforcement involved relative to Grandma’s in the Kitchen owner Sharon Tolbert for December, 2023.

12. Provide a copy of any and all Use of Force Protocol for calendar year 2023.

13. Provide a copy of Sharon Tolbert, owner of Grandma’s Kitchen toxicology/drug screening for
