DISC BEHAVIOUR ORIENTATION

I have closely observed and watched the behaviourism of two of my classmates namely Ram &
Gopal. A reports on which DISC style they are possessing is prepared as follows

(i) Ram : In my close and typical observation of his behaviour with others I categorised him
under INFLUENCE ORIENTATION.

Ram behaves very friendly with other classmates and maintain good relationships. I
observed that Ram always concentrated to finish the entrusted the work in given time by
influencing or persuading other classmates to participate in the entrusted work to
complete in time. Ram during his conversation on a particular subject gives more details
with louder tone with expressive face audible and understandable to the listeners. Ram
got the ability to narrate the matter which directly focuses on the people. I have observed
Ram as extrovert who mainly concerned with external things and move sociable with
other classmates. Ram is more enthusiastic of talks about his likes and dislikes a lot with
opened mind and by this open posture, his liked by one and all.

(ii) Gopal : In my close and typical observation of his behaviour with others I categorised
him under STEDINESS ORIENTATION.

Gopal behaves friendly with other classmates. I have observed Gopal while he is doing a
particular assignment work, he depends much on collaboration and methods. He got
adjustable nature. While he is working together other classmates without conflicts. It is
also observed that Gopal speaks slowly and softly with others, Gopal never disagree with
other’s opinion and always agree with people. I have observed that Gopal is more
predictable and habituated to work in sameness. I have observed Gopal as extrovert who
moves sociable with other classmates. By through his behaviour Gopal personality can be
assessed that he has the fear of confusion and instability.
