    Integration Message Monitor

    Navigation:

    Step 1: People Tools >Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring > Asynchronous
    services.

    Step 2: Click on third tab Publication Contracts.

    Publication Contracts means whichever message is published from that Instance.

    Select Timeout and Retry status if any messages are there then resubmit the message.
    Step 3: If any message is in Error Status then Click on details hyper link then see the Error message.

    Then Click on Error Message hyper link.

    If we have user id authorized error message then we have to create a User id in subscripted instance

    Like [Message is flown from HRMS to Finance] then we have to create a user id in Finance instance.
    Step 4: create a new user id in Finance Instance.

    We need to fill the mandatory fields.


    Step 5: We must have to give the Integration Role to that user.

    If it is in Finance Instance we have to give Z_INTEGRATION role.

    If it is in HRMS Instance we have to give Standard Non-Page Permissions role.

    In HRMS Role.

    If it is in HRMS Instance we have to give Standard Non-Page Permissions role.


    Step 6: Click fourth tab Subscription Contracts.

    Subscription Contracts means whichever message is coming from other Instance.
