STRESS PAULO’S WAY
What Is stress?

 To me stress is many things. Stress


can be caused by a lot, like school,
friends, family, sports, teachers etc.
Stress is also more than just
emotions. Stress often happens when
you have too much of something. Like
adults when they have too much bills
and debt to pay, they start to stress
and as what Filipinos say grow white
hairs, which is a sign of stress. There
are more things that cause stress and
ways how stress happens. But I’m
going to tell you things people and I
do to relieve stress
Symptoms of stress

 Easily irritated
 Feeling frustrated
 Feeling restless
 Unable to concentrate
 Easily confused
 Memory problems
 Thinking negative
 Low self of esteem
 Having mood swings
 Eating too much
 Eating when you are not hungry
 Having difficulty to concentrate
 Not having enough energy to get things done
 Feeling you can't co-operate
 Finding it hard to make decisions
 Emotional outbursts
 Feeling upset
 Lack of sense of humor

from stress. Yoga
is usually based
on flexibility and
breathing. As
you breath in

good vibes and
breathing out as
suppose to
breathing the
stress away.
REST Getting lots of rest
and rest in general
helps relive you stress.
The rest you need
doesnt have to be
physically, it can also
be mentally. Physical
rest can be relieve by
just laying down and
sleeping. Getting 7-9
hours of sleep a night
reduces your stress.

 Martial arts is another great way of


relieving your stress. You can have a
motivation of your opponent as the
stress you want to get rid of and at
the same time you feel the stress go
away you r opponent goes away.

and you can also use
the breathing
techniques.
Breathing out the
stress and breathing
in good vibes. In my
perspective I think
that a lot of boxers
use boxing to clear
they’re mind from
many things.

away. Doing this
feels relaxing and

away. Also your
mind is getting a
break, nothings in
your mind besides

around you takes the

When you’re with family

them, because just a
little worry will get you
very stressful. Just like
when you worry about a
homework assignment
to do , while you’re with
family and friends, you
start to put your main
focus on that and start
to put a lot of stress in
you mentally.

act like nothings
important. Also

prioritizing helps
a lot in having
time for yourself.
Try these things out!

with stress.
 Don’t push yourself to hard.
 Enjoy yourself ,life , and the
people around you.
 Also remember stress can be a
disease that spreads around.
Many people get stress because
your stressed and they start to
worry.
