You are going to watch two videos produced by students in this project (directed by Alejandro Piscitelli,
titular de la cátedra de Procesamiento de datos de la carrera de Comunicación Visual, UBA).

Group work:

a.- Why is “ignoring” a form of communication?

b.- Do the video makers understand the teenager’s reality?

c.- What do the video makers want to say?

d.- Do you think there are no problems of communication when chatting? Have you had any

misunderstandings (malentendidos)?

e.- In your experience, what are language teacher’s opinions about chatting and standard language?

f.- Do you feel identified with the boy in the video or with the father?

g.- What is his father thinking? Do you believe your parents think the same?

h.- What would you call this video?

2.- CONTEST:

better). The winner video will be uploaded in the 5th year blog.

a.- Your production should be in English.

b.- Groups should be no more than six people
