Human resources
Human resources are the employees that run the production in an organization or a business. Humans cannot be
treated like machines as they have a limited energy and need to be treated sensitively because there are legalization
contracts that protect them .Not all humans have all existing abilities so humans are being specialized individually to
perform a certain task that they are good , efficient and quick at. Human resources are also known as the backbone.
The principal, teachers, conductors, drivers are all examples of human resources in school.

Management to meet business demands

The school is always in need of new members of staff as new subjects are introduced to the school every now and then
and substitute teachers have to be available in case a teacher is absent. Exciting and new teachers need to go through
test for the subjects they teach so that the school will get to know their standards in education and see if they are
improving over time. In addition, the teachers have to be inspected in classes to see if they have what it takes to be a
teacher. Team work is also a function that has to be added to the productivity of education in school.

Importance of ensuring there are adequate resources to meet the

school objectives
The major economical problem arises as there are limited and scarce resources and unlimited wants for people. In a
case of school “Cambridge International”, the main problem is the management which has to be obtained effectively.
Example: Having 30 students who want to play football for PE while there is only one small mini football field. So the
school must obtain the resources need to achieve their objectives, so land , capital , money , labors have to be available
to start working on another football field as it is found that football is highly demanded by the school’s students and
building this new field won’t cause a loss for the school.
