Guidelines for BR Final Project

Course : Business Research

Semester: Fall 2010

Resource Person: Rashid Hussain

This is a guideline for Business Research final project. As per the guideline, each group should
select an organization, or an industry or a brand, or a product that is facing either problem in its
regular business or it assumes that there are opportunities to have further growth in the
business.

Following are the timelines that shall be entertained and respected in the final project:

1. A proposal is supposed to be submitted by the respective class groups latest by 27th Oct’
2010.

(a) Proposal includes  Management problem + Research Statement + Research


Objective + Research Design

2. Literature Review shall be completed latest by 10th Nov’ 2010

(a) Literature review comprises of at least 5 – 7 scholarly research articles (helpline:

3. Hypotheses shall be formulated for the respective research area latest by 17th Nov’ 2010

4. Questionnaire design as a survey tool shall be completed by 24th Nov’ 2010

5. Field work data collection shall be completed latest by 1st December’ 2010.

6. Data editing, coding and final punching shall be done latest by 8th December’ 2010.

7. Final SPSS analysis shall be completed by 15th Dec’ 2010.

8. Final report submission shall be made on 22nd Dec’ 2010.
