 have been doing the laundry service of most of your tenants and unit owners in
Crowne 88 Condominium. It was thru the tie -up with your good office that we reached this
long relationship with transactions and business dealings going smoothly and effectivel y.
Unfortunately, things changed at the latter part of y ear 2009. Your staff Cynthia had failed to
remit the payment coursed thru her by our clients. Since November of last year I kept
reminding her about her due remittance that kept piling -up. But she always tells me that work
in the office was a little too busy and she needed more time to account things. I tried to pass
it off. During the start of the year, January 2010, I tried reminding her again of the remittance
that continuous to pile -up. She accorded and remitted around 10k+, which was roughly ¼ of
the total amount due , which during that time almost reached 35k. A round February and
March a couple of remittance followed but in small amount s compared to the amount due to
be collected. I grew cur ious and asked Cynthia if there was any problem why she couldn¶t
remit completely on time because I wasn¶t buying her excuse of ³being too busy´ anymore.
She told me the truth and told me ³nagastos ko yung pera AL ´. It just confirmed what I
suspected all along. She begged me not to tell anyone and that she¶ll just pay for it thru her
salary every month. I just kept quiet and told her I¶ll think abo ut everything. During this time I
just hoped that your good office would question me why I have not remitted t he commissions
I owed since December 2009 because only then would I be obliged to tell everything about
what Cynthia had done with the money and why I haven¶t remitted anything yet. Fortunately,
Tita Del discovered everything when our laundry and water tra nsactions were audited. She
set a meeting for me and Cynthia , where everything was revealed. After the meeting Tita Del
confided with Mr. Alegre and informed him of all the facts .

Attached to this letter is the updated STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT due Crowne 88 wh ich
Cynthia failed to remit.

This is everything that happened to the best of my recollection of how events took place. I
hope it could be useful for whatever purpose it may serve.
