Number of employee in the company are 2000(15% white
collar and 85% blue collar .
First product of the company is NEBULA FANTASY.
We do customization on the basis of color,
upholstery,accessories.
All the purchases are done online.
We have our headquarter at delhi and production plant
near vadodara in gujarat.
Role of Production Manager

Production Manager is involved with the planning,


coordination and control of manufacturing process to
ensure and goods and services are produced
efficiently in correct amount is produced at the right
cost and at the right level of qulaity
JOB DESCRIPTION

The production manager is involved in both the pre


production (planning) as well as the production
(control and supervision ) stage.
They are also responsible for product design,
purchasing and dealing with people.
The scope of job depends on the nature of the
production system- mass production ,process
production or batch production.
The typical work activities involve:-
Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
Working out the human and material resource
needed.
Identifying training needs.
Monitoring product standards and implementing
quality control programmes.
