    This letter is notification to all parties, that effective 7-25-07; the only items allowed in a
    visit will be food and drinks. All personal items of the visiting party will not be allowed
    in the visit room.

    The change is due to allegations that inappropriate items (tape recorders) were brought
    into the visit. It seems the best way to minimize this conflict is by limiting the number of
    bags to be searched and the items allowed in the visit
