▪ Price includes all bridging and bracing as well as 1 (one) new roof X Brace, as per Site Inspection
▪ For the supply & installation of 5 (five) new Framings for the RTU as per drawings RS-2 (Rev. 1)

▪ You are responsible to read, understand and follow the scope of work exactly as written. If you are unsure or have any questions you must call the Revive contact
listed above.
▪ No work beyond the scope of work may be performed without approval from Revive.
▪ Call the Revive contact immediately if there are any damages, changes, issues, or problems on site.
▪ It is imperative that PRIOR to leaving the site you contact the REVIVE Project Manager to provide a verbal status. All issues and incomplete work must be
communicated prior to leaving site. Failure to communicate incomplete work and or any issue prior to leaving site will deem the job incomplete and KNL reserves the
right to deny payment for aforementioned work.
▪ All photos & signed off completion (by installer & location rep.) report to be sent to REVIVE within 24hrs of jobs completion.
▪ Invoices will not be processed without required digital photos and Statements of Completion.
▪ Invoice should be received within 1 week of project completion and contain the job # above.
