Job Description
Please walk-in to our office on 23rd or 24th December 2008 at 11 am or 3pm with a copy
of your resume.

Candidates with 3 months to 1 year experience into ITES recruitment are preferred.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through most cost effective sources
Prescreening candidates and assist recruiters in the entire recruiting process.
Maintain database of candidates appearing for the recruiting process
Assist in coordinating new joinee induction.
Update reports periodically

KRAs:
Source through most cost effective options - portals, headhunting, etc.
Adhere to deadlines and ensure candidates are hired within the SLAs.

Required/Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:
Graduate in any discipline. MBA - HR preferred
Prior experience in recruiting a plus
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
