Description: Are you a dynamic Recruitment professional with 2-3 years’ experience in Recruitment Industry
or as a Recruiter in IT Industry having a passion for connecting top tier talent with exciting opportunities?
We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our vibrant team. Your responsibilities include client
engagement, candidate screening, and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities:
As a key player in our Talent Acquisition team, you will:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Drive the entire recruitment process, from candidate identification to onboarding.

Qualifications:
 Excellent communication skills.
 Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for connecting top tier talent with exciting opportunities.
 More inclined towards IT industry.
