1. The   learned   counsel   for   respondent   no.2   Corporation   states   that   the 

application of the petitioners for permission to conduct the Kala Ghoda 

Art   Festival   from   5th  February,   2011   to   13th  February,   2011   will   not   be 

processed   in   accordance   with   law   and   permission   would   be   granted 

subject   to   certain   terms   and   conditions   and   that   will   be   done   as 

expeditiously as possible in any case, within a period of one week from 

today.
