SERVER PRE OPENING A.M.

1. Ice for bar


2. Cushions and Umbrella outside
3. Wipe seats of bar stools and sweep area
4. Wipe and reset all tables and chairs for lunch
5. Sweep dining room and hallway areas
6. Count drawer and verify amount
7. Bring out rubber bar liners, stock straws and napkins
8. Cut fruit for bar
9. Wipe down bar and back counter
10. Set up coffee, make sure tea is made
11. Swap out menus
12. Windex front door.
13. Check restrooms
14. Swiffer tile floor
15. Turn on TV, music and lights

SERVER A.M. DURING SHIFT


1. Clean and refill sugar caddies
2. Clean and refill salt and pepper shakers
3. Polish glassware
4. Polish Silverware
5. Bissel where needed
6. Reset tables for dinner
7. Empty bus tub

SERVER P.M. OPEN


1. Vacuum where needed
2. Swiffer tile where needed
3. Wipe chairs and tables and reset as needed
4. Windex front door
5. Swap out menus
6. Set up bread line, re-line baskets
7. Check bathrooms
8. Fold napkins
9. Check water in flowers
10. Set up coffee
11. Sweep sidewalk as needed
