Level 3 Focus: Movie Mimic

I want you to stretch your talents in Photoshop by attempting to recreate one movie coves. Please select
something that will challenge your shooting and manipulating skills.

Step 1: Brainstorming

1. Use amazon.com to search for any types of movie to mimic

2. Save as jpeg in your project folder

Step 2: Creating the Mimic

1. All elements MUST BE ORIGINAL

• Shoot or create ALL images for poster
• Create your own title and actor names
• Do not copy/paste images from the Internet or use others’ photo images
2. Go to FILE>NEW: 8x10 size and 150 resolution
3. Copy and paste original poster and put in corner of your poster
4. Put YOUR NAME on it somewhere

Step 3: Grading

1. Save all mimic with original movie poster in corner and PRINT to show teacher for grade.
