1.Experience
Tell us about the software project that you did last
year.
What is the most difficult situation you have ever
faced?
How long had you been at CSIR for your project?
2.Credentials

‘You have done one study oriented project on


“Organizational Communication”. What did you
learn from that? As the project leader, how did you
coordinate with your team members?

If you have mentioned ‘Reading’ as one of your


hobbies, it is possible that a person on the panel
may ask you, “What was the last book you read
and how did you find it?”
3.Mute/Dumb Questions

Imagine you are given a new life. What would you


like to become?
Can you sell this tie/diary/pen to me in a minute?
Suppose we give you a choice of selecting your
workstation between Japan and USA. Which one
