Rules of Survival

Welcome to Survivor, Ithaca Islands. Today, your class will be separated into your wiki
groups. At the beginning of the game, each group will be given three coconuts. Each round, you
will be given a question. Your group will be given 10 seconds to write down the answer to the
particular question. If you answer the question correctly, then congratulation, you get to live for
now. However, if you answer the question incorrectly, then you will lose a coconut. Once you
are out of coconuts, your team is eliminated. There will be 15 rounds, and if your team managed
to survive through the first half (8 rounds), you will be given a chance to earn bonus coconuts
(trust me, you are going to need them). You will be given three difficult but optional questions,
to which you have answer extremely circumspectly in written responses of at least three
sentences. If you get all three questions correct, you will be give two bonus coconuts. If you get
two correct, you will gain one coconut. To encourage you to try your best, if you get one or
fewer question correct, you lose a coconut. The questions in the bonus round could be from the
bonus chapters, so you should think twice before attempting the questions. you should answer
your questions thoroughly and accurately, so that the judge cannot find any holes in your
statements. Your team must have at least one coconut to participate in the bonus round. After the
bonus round, your team will answer the remaining seven questions. The team with the most
coconuts remaining will be declared winner. In case of a tie, the winning is determined by
flipping a coin. I'm just kidding, our panel of judges will review the tied teams' response to the
bonus questions, and we will award the winner's title to the team with the most reflective
response to the bonus questions.
