Ingredients:
3 eggs
4 tablespoon milk
200 grams of butter
200 grams of sugar
1 packet of baking powder
50 grams of cocoa powder
Preparation:
-Beat the eggs with the milk until the mixture is liquid and white.
-Add the flour and butter to room temperature and
mix ensuring that smooth.
-Also added sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder and mix again
until the dough is creamy and smooth.
-Is coupled pan with butter and sprinkle with flour to prevent
sticking of cake batter.
-Pour the mixture into the mold and placed in a preheated
oven at 180 degrees.
_Cook for about 30 minutes until, to prick the dough with a knife
comes out clean.
-Once cooked, remove from oven and cool to room temperature
and you're ready to eat.
