Monument "The Candle of Gratitude "

This monument erected on the cliff above the old river at the edge of Soroca
is one of the most important creations in the modern history of Moldova.
Here lie, paid on the ground, linked by stone stone, sufferings, hopes and
hard work of many generations of our compatriots. This epic is dedicated to
all the great monuments of culture destroyed and treaties. "Candle of
Gratitude", growing from the depths of our past, is a tribute to all the
anonymous heroes who have preserved their culture, language and history of

idea to raise this monument belongs to the famous classic literature
Moldovan, Ion Druta which launched a 15 years ago. But the project in
