    Subject : Registration of Students of Class IX (Nine), 2011.

    Sir/Madam,
    With reference to the subject cited above, I am directed to inform you that application
    forms for registration of students of class IX (nine) 2011 will be available at the Meghalaya Board of
    School Education, Tura/ Shillong office from 2nd week of April, 2011 on payment of Rs. 10/- (Rupees
    ten only) each and the registration fee will be Rs. 150/- (Rupees hundred fifty only) per student.
    The heads of all the Secondary Schools and Higher Secondary Schools are hereby
    requested to submit the fees and forms on or before 31st May 2011. The fees may be paid in cash/
    bank draft payable in favour of “The Executive Chairman” . Meghalaya Board of School Education,
    Tura payable at SBI Araimile, Tura.
    The Heads of all the Secondary Schools are to submit the statement forms in a single
    copy separating male and female.
    Fees and forms will be accepted upto 15th June, 2011 with a late fine of Rs. 300/-
    (Rupees three hundred only) per statement. .
    The Officer-in-Charge of the centres are requested to instruct all the Secondary Schools
    to submit the filled in registration forms through the concerned centres in due time.
