Dear Parents and Caregivers

Berwick Camp is sure to be a highlight of your child’s time at Balmacewen.

Our camp date is May 23rd-27th, Week Four Term two.

Once again our camp is dependent on parent help, and we would love to
have you join us! Whether you can come for the whole week or just for a
day or two, please indicate on the form that accompanies this letter.

The cost for each student to attend camp is $135. This covers food (40),
accommodation (40), transport (20), activities- abseiling / archery / rifle
shooting … (20) and operational cost (15). Payments may be staggered if
necessary to ensure all students get to camp. If there are any financial
problems please contact Mr. Clarke at school. Please note that it does
not cost anything for parents to attend camp.

I will be sending out a gear list, camp consent form and health forms
Week 1 next term. With gear for camp if you can help it, please do not
buy anything new! Beg and borrow!
