Clearing Agent.
 Also prepare insurance documents of the same consignment & forward to
insurance departments.
 Evaluation of custom duty through agent & report to Finance Department
in a specific format.
 Overall handle process of duty payment through corresponding finance
department & bank and also ensure delivery of pay orders to the clearing agents.
 Keep follow up of shipment for delivering in time through coordinating
with clearing agent & also manages the transportation of imported goods to the
destination.
 Maintain record of post dated cheques.
 Also performs audit of imported items at the production plant.
