2. Describe or define : give a detail account
3. Examine or compare : Divide into sections and discuss each critically
4. State or illustrate : deal with complex subject by giving the main points
5. Suggest : Make a proposal and support it
6. Summarise : give a clear and simple account

Area you need is : Discussion
So you should develop your essay according to : Discuss type essay.

The main body of Discuss type essay is often divided into two parts :
1. Looking at the advantages
2. Looking at the disadvantages

Introduction : - variety of different qualifications

Conclusion : qualifications are useful but not guarantees of success
