    Dear Mr / Mrs …………………..

    This has reference to your application and subsequent interview had with you. We are
    pleased to appoint you as Principal of Medha Kunj Vidyalaya on the following terms &
    conditions:

    1. PLACE OF POSTING :
    Your initial place of posting shall be at …………………………. However,
    during your employment with the Trust, you may be posted/transferred to any of
    the district, without any additional remuneration.

    2. SALARY & ALLOWANCES


    Your lum-sum total remuneration shall be equal to your pension drawing on 1st
    April 2011 or Rs. 20,000 (Rupee Twenty Thousand Only) which ever is
    maximum.
    Details or break up of the remuneration shall be decided by the Management of
    the Trust and would be intimated to you.
    You shall be entitled for LTA,Bonus/Ex-gratia for every completed year of
    service and gratuity on completion of 5 years .
    You will participate in the Trust Provident Fund Scheme as applicable to your
    category of employees.
    Your salary will be reviewed on April 1st of each year, or at such other time as the
    Management may decide. Salary revisions are discretionary and will be subject to,
    and on the basis of, effective performance and result.
