Dear Madam:

This is to request for the refund of the equity that we have paid
in your good company for the purchase loan of a lot located in St.
Bernadette Homes, Maybancal Morong, Rizal, under the name of Henry
B. Giray Jr., amounting to Four Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen Pesos
and 20/100 (P4,216.20).

This is because we are not able to continue our loan obligation

for the reason that my husband has lost his job in Muscat, Oman. We
really don’t want to lost the property, we did everything to save it but
all our efforts have turned to nothing. We are really having financial
problems since the time my husband lost his job abroad.

We are asking for your kind consideration regarding our request.

The amount that we can refund will be of great help to our family
especially now that Christmas season is nearly coming.

Attached here is the copy of the Official Receipt. Thank you and
