This correspondence pertains to the Notice of Deficiency issued by your good office on December 30,
2022, and received by me on January 21, 2023, at the Pag-Ibig Office, Dipolog City.

The process to comply with or correct the aforementioned deficiencies will take more time, especially in
the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Registry of Deeds (ROD), and may take longer than the original
period's expiration date. This is based on the deficiencies and inaccuracies found in the summitted documents.
As a result, I respectfully request from your good office an extension past the deadline for submitting the
required documentation for the lot loan application.
