All work will be conducted in a professional manner and I will try to maintain to the proposed guidelines above unless new problems appear.

I reserve the right to assign other subcontractors to do the work to ensure quality and on time completion. Also to postpone the start date
due to job emergencies, health reasons or conflicting weather. We will perform the work in accordance with the following specifications:
National & State Building Codes 2007-2010 Building, Plumbing/Gas, Electrical & Safety.

CANCELLATION: In the event that work was postponed or canceled at the request of the customer, We shall have the right to bill pro-rata for
the work completed through the date of that request, while reserving the rights under the proposal or above. If additional payment is due,
this shall be payable within 30-days of the customer’s notification to stop work. In the event of cancellation, the customer shall also pay any
expense incurred by me & shall own all rights to the work. The customer shall assume responsibility for all collection of legal fees
necessitated by default in payment.
REVISIONS: We shall be given first opportunity to make revisions requested by the customer. If the revisions are not due to any fault on the
part of me, such work shall be billed at the hourly rate of $30.00 p/hour.
EXPENSES: Customer must reimburse us for any of the following expenses necessary for or at completion of work:
(e.g. Materials, Sub-Contractors, Shipping of special parts or travel)
