Decide which member of your group would make the best Prime
Minister and prepare a political broadcast to get as many votes as possible.
REMEMBER!
• Give us plenty of promises
• Make sure, if you are going to interview your candidate, that he or she
knows all of the questions and answers beforehand.
• Do research on your candidate so that you bring all their good points to
the attention of the voters.
• Invent the name of your political party if you want.
• Share the work with your team!
CAR YARD

Pretend the Teachers’ car park is a used car yard for which you have to make
a TV Commercial. Get information from five of the owners about the
performance and history of 5 cars that you would like to sell. Use realistic
prices.

• Times are tough and your business depends on attracting customers and keeping
them interested.
• Be lively.
• Share the work with your team and don’t leave anybody out!
• Don’t be rude about your teacher’s car!

a rival company could wipe you out if people don’t buy more of your products.

• Pick out what you think are the best points about your pack and sell them hard.
• Feel free to use illustrations, examples, or dramatizations.
