    Sir,

    Your kind attention is invited to that Mr. Saif Ur Rehman Fixed pay
    employee Rs. 10,000/-PM (out of Mega Project fund) is working in the Examination
    Section Secrecy (City campus) under my control, and also performing the duties with
    Project Director Prof: Dr. Muhammad Azam Khan. A few days before the Project
    Director called him & he is performing duties with him, due the which the work of
    secrecy Examination Section (City Campus) is badly suffer, because he is performing
    duties in this section since 01-07-2007 to date, to the entire satisfaction of his
    superiors. He is well qualified / experienced hand person. He posses M.Sc Computer
    Science & MBA (Finance) degrees.

    For the best interest of University, it is suggested that Mr. Saif Ur


    Rehman may kindly be permanent adjusted in the Examination Section (City
    Campus) against the budget Vacant post of Data Processing Operator (DPO) BPS-12 .
