chicken kabab

Ingredients:

chicken mince half kg - salt to taste - black paper crushed half tb


spoon - red paper half tb spoon - dar chini pouder 2 chutki -
sabaz alaichi pouder 1 chutki - sfaid zeera 1 tea spoon - sabut
dhania 1 tea spoon - adrak lahsan paste 1 tea spoon - all type of
nuts half small boul - green paper 7 or 8 adad - onion large
1adad - sabaz dhania or podina half half gathi - egg 3 adad -
bread crumb 1 boul - oil for deep frying.
Method:
chicken smeat tamam agza ko chooper main daal kar bland kar lain phir 1egg bi daal dain .ab mix qeeme
ke kabab bana lain.egg main dip ker k bread crumb lagain or deep fry karain.maze dar chicken kabb tayar
hain.
