    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN This letter comes as my confirmation that Ms. Milka Ndura Kagira is well known to Uwezo Kenya. She has worked under my supervision for a period of five months when when she completed a long-term contract as a data clerk. While she worked with us, she led us in entering data that would be used in building our knowledge on the education sector in Kenya. This will help a great deal in the shaping of our strategy as we work to enable citizen agency towards improved literacy and quality outcomes in basic education in Kenya. During this time ,Milka manifested a very high level of displine,honesty and intergrity.She was a hard working, diligent and very responsible employee.Milka always maintained a positive attitude which enabled her to accomplish her work with ease in a very busy working environment.Her perfomance was laudable. Milka has displayed exceptional skills with regards to duties assigned to her and greatly improved her professionalism while in our employmen.In addition she proved to be an excellent team player and worked well with minimal supervision.
