hobbies, it is possible that a person on the panel may ask you, What was the last book you read and how did you find it?

3.Mute/Dumb Questions
y Imagine you are given a new life. What would you

like to become? y Can you sell this tie/diary/pen to me in a minute? y Suppose we give you a choice of selecting your workstation between Japan and USA. Which one would you prefer?

4.Vision-related Questions
y What are your short term goals? y What are your long term goals? y Where would your like to see yourself five years from

now? y How long will you stay with us?

5.Opinion Questions
y Why do we hire you? (The answer will relfect what

skills you possess.) y Would you prefer working with information or people? y Are you a goal-oriented person?

6.Behavioural/Managerial
y How did you accomplish the project? y How do you resolve conflict if arisen among the team
