ACTION PLAN CHART FOR COMMISSIONING OF PLANT

36 TPH BOILER DM PLANT

Since raw water from river not available we will commission DM Plant by water available from bore well pump collected in the Clear water tank & plastic tank through MGF on 06.07.2011 Hydro test for pressure parts to be completed by 10th July. Slow firing to be started on 17th July. Alkali boilout to be completed by 25th July. Steam blowing to be started by 16th Aug.

GENERATOR
11 KV power scheme to be finalised.Approval from Inspectorate of electrical is required. Commissioning of both the switch-board must be completed before the steam blowing i.e. 16th of Aug. Commissioning of Genset will be started after steam blowing & turbine rolling i.e. 23th Aug

2X10 TPH BOILER

All the above work for 10TPH X 2 boilers can be completed within 01 month from the date of finalizing of contractor mobilization of manpower

CHP
PLC system checking & simulation under progress. No load trial to be taken by 10th July & load trial to be taken 7 days prior to steam blowing i.e. 09th of Aug

30 TPH BOILER
at present work in 30TPH boiler is not going on as contractor has not engaged manpower for above job because the contractor is concentrating on the 36TPH afbc boiler, however work on 30TPH can progress parallaly, we are also going to conduct hydro-test for the pressure parts on 10th July, which will additionally open up all the work fronts in the 30TPH boiler .once sufficient manpower is deployed by contractor, the above jobs may be completed within 03 months & boiler can be commissioned.

TURBINE
Commissioning of turbine will take place after commissioning of DM plant, CHP, boiler. Completion of steam line & steam blowing.

Electrical and C & I

Electrical & Instrumentation will be completed parallaly
