Leadership is the process through which an individual tries to influence another individual or a group of individuals to accomplish a goal.

Leadership has been described as the "process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task."

Motivation is a desire to achieve a goal, combined with the energy to work towards that goal. Motivation is the word derived from the word motive which means needs, desires, wants or drives within the individuals. It is the process of stimulating people to actions to accomplish the goals. Power is the rate of doing work or producing or expending energy. In other words, is a measure of how quickly a work can be done. The capacity or ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or the course of events A person, company, or other entity which buys goods and services produced by another person, company, or other entity is called customer. A local community is a group of interacting people sharing an environment.

Interest Group A group of individuals and organizations linked together for the purpose of active promotion of particular values and objectives. A group of individuals who share some common goals and try to influence public policy to meet these goals. Associations of individuals who share sharing a common goal and work to promote their common interest. a worker who is hired to perform a job. An individual who performs work under the direction and control of an employer and is paid by that employer.
