    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    This is to certify that MRS. HERMINIA B. MARCELO , Female, Married, of legal age, a Roman Catholic, Filipino and she is an owner of MINYANGS SARI-SARI STORE is hereby granted clearance to operate the business located at 295 Aguado St. San Miguel, Manila which is within the territorial jurisdiction of this Barangay, pursuant to the provision of Section 152 ( c ) R.A. 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code OF 1991. It is understood that this clearance shall likewise be subject to the pertinent provisions of all other applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

    This certification is being issued upon the request of MRS. MARCELO in connection with her application for securing the City License Business Permit from the Office of the Business Permit , City Hall, Manila.
