The ISO 14000 EMS exists to help organizations: Minimize their negative effect. Comply with laws ,regulations and other environmental requirements. Continually improve the above. ISO 14001 specifies the requirements of Environmental management system, published by ISO on Sept. 1, 1996. It enables organizations to frame policies taking into the concern of environment.
