    Sendero Sendero luminoso Luminoso

    Their origins
    Sendero Luminoso: Partido Comunista del Peru, , is a Peruvien Pseudo-Maoist group which is based on the communist ideologies. Their leader, Abimael Guzman and several important members of the group were captured on September 12, 1992. Since then, the group has not been as powerful.

    Attempts
    One of the most significant attempts they have done, occured the 16th of July in Miraflores at a street called Tarata. Another succesful attempt happened at the BCP of Larco avenue. Their bloodiest actions were in provincia, killing thousands of oppositor farmers.
